16 oz. Bone in Ribeye
Grilled to your liking; served with wild mushrooms & garlic butter; Yukon gold, sour cream & chive potatoes, & asparagus.
Snapper
Seared Jamaican jerk marinated snapper topped with pineapple kiwi salsa served with coconut rice and asparagus.
Short Ribs
Root beer braised short ribs served with Yukon gold, sour cream & chive potatoes, & asparagus in a natural reduction sauce.
Airline Chicken Breast
Pan-seared airline chicken breast topped with roasted garlic cream sauce served with wild mushroom risotto & asparagus.
