Join us for another amazing Seafood Extravaganza!
~ MENU ~
Shrimp Gumbo.
Strawberry Salad – almonds, strawberries, shaved fennel, goat cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette.
Coleslaw.
Summer succotash.
Old Bay potatoes.
Steamed clams – tarragon, butter garlic, white wine, and tomatoes.
Paella – saffron rice, fish, bay scallop, and mussels.
Grilled Mahi with pineapple salsa.
Baked cod with English crumbs and beurre blanc.
Mini crab cakes – Dijon tartar sauce.
Shrimp cocktail display.
Ahi Tuna display – wakame, wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce.
Smoked salmon platter with accompaniments (Crème Fraîche, red onions and capers)
Lemons, cocktail sauce, hot sauce.
Rolls and butter.
Garlic cheddar biscuits.
