
Mother’s Day Brunch

Take a photo with Mom and treat her to a brunch fit for a queen.
Moms will receive a complimentary glass of Champagne.

- Fruit salad.
- Poached salmon on a bed of arugula and green goddess dressing.
- Cream of mushroom soup.
- Spring peas and roasted carrots salad (feta cheese, pomegranate, watercress, arugula).
- Montour house salad.
- Scrambled eggs.
- Omelet Station (mushrooms, bacon, spinach, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cheese, and ham).
- Pork sausage.
- Bacon.
- Red skin breakfast potatoes with Cajun butter.
- Prime rib with demi-glace.
- Leg of lamb with mint demi-glace.
- Chicken marsala.
- Seared branzino filets with ajo sauce (garlic white sauce).
- Caramelized onions and white cheddar au gratin potatoes.
- Roasted vegetables (zucchini, squash. peppers, cauliflower, red onions)
- Waffles with whipped cream and strawberries topping.
- Rolls and sweet cream.
Seating on the half hour.
