Panzanella salad – cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, red onion, basil, croutons tossed in light Italian vinaigrette.
Shrimp cocktail with cocktail sauce and lemon.
Omelet station with all the fixings.
Bacon and Sausage.
Scrambled eggs.
French toast sticks with bananas foster sauce, strawberry topping, whipped cream, butter, and syrup.
Breakfast potatoes – red skins with garlic and onions.
Carved roasted turkey with gravy.
Carved prime rib.
Chicken Forestier – breaded chicken, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, spinach, bacon in a chicken demi.
Macadamia crusted cod with raspberry melba sauce.
Broccoli, roasted red pepper and carrots.
Seasoned crinkle cut fries.
Chicken tenders.
Mac and cheese.
Sour cream and chive Yukon potato.
Desserts – cheesecake, chocolate-covered strawberries, berry burst sheet cake, assorted cakes, and white chocolate raspberry mousse.
