ATTENTION LADIES!!!

MHCC will host a self-defense awareness seminar for women. The seminar will be lead by Tony Venneri, one of our members, and is open to all women 21 years of age and older.

This is not a fear-based seminar. Women today face real problems and often have no one to talk to or any place to go to find answers. Tony provides that in a relaxed, open atmosphere.

Tony has been leading this seminar for a number of years, and has more than 21 years of Martial Arts experience. This program is a non-contact seminar to teach women how to avoid potentially dangerous situations that they face daily. You will learn how to use everyday items for self-defense purposes. There are no firearms training or physical contact involved.

The cost is $35 cash, payable to Tony at the seminar.
