Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad with Romaine, Parmesan crisp, baguette crostini, roasted garlic Caesar dressing, bacon bits.
Entrées.
Sliced Coulotte Steak cooked to medium rare with two jumbo pan-seared shrimp, roasted cippolini onions, mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus. garlic butter and veal demi-glace. $72.
Veal Osso Bucco with artichokes, roasted wild mushrooms medley and smoked gouda polenta. $68.
10 oz Pork Chop with veal/maple glaze, shaved Brussels sprouts, warm salad (cranberries, caramelized pine nuts, shallots, Pecorino cheese), and buttermilk mashed potatoes. $55.
Roasted Butternut Squash Pappardelle with toasted pepitas, fresh Pecorino, roasted butternut squash puree. $45.
Chicken Cassoulet with white bean cassoulet, Andouille sausage, petite vegetables, and a pan-seared 10 oz Airline Pierre chicken breast. $50.
Seared Sea Bass with peas à la Française, pearl onions and roasted tomato coulis. $65.
