Choice of Oysters on the half shell — 6 oysters with mignonette and lemon or pistachio-crusted goat cheese with honey, red onion jam, and crostini.

SECOND COURSE.
Choice of Potato Bisque (leeks, thyme, cheddar cheese, chives) or Winter Salad (roasted butternut squash, toasted walnuts, craisins, goat cheese, and green goddess dressing).

Entrées.

Roasted Pierre Breast Chicken $55.
Whipped potato, roasted carrots, and a garlic mushroom jus.

Seared Branzino $65.
With wild rice pilaf, haricot vert, and orange fennel agrodolce.

Grilled Ribeye $85.
Whipped potatoes and roasted carrots, bearnaise sauce.

Surf and Turf $125.
8 oz Filet Mignon and 5 oz Lobster Tail.
Served with whipped potatoes and haricot vert, demi glace, and drawn butter.

DESSERT.
Choice of pecan ball or cheesecake.
