Appetizers Stations: Shrimp cocktail, halibut ceviche, oysters, snow crab clusters, seared tuna.

Dinner Stations: Pastrami rubbed brisket, carved American Kobe striploin with demi, creamy horseradish sauce and bearnaise sauce, potatoes bravas, barramundi agrodolce, roasted tomato and mushroom risotto, roasted cauliflower with peppers, creamed spinach.

Desserts: Assorted cheese cake, peach cobbler, chocolate lava cake.

$75++ per person.
